January Food Drive Supports Newport Families in Need

Newport Food Bank Partners with South Pend Oreille Fire and Rescue and Local Banks to Help to Restock Shelves this Month.

Newport, WA – The Newport Food Bank is once again partnering with South Pend Oreille Fire and Rescue and two local Newport banks asking for the community’s support to help collect food donations for local families in need. As demand continues, the food bank is especially in need of soup and other canned goods.

Residents are encouraged to support our second annual food drive and drop off donations throughout January at any of the following locations:

South Pend Oreille Fire and Rescue 24/7 fully staffed stations in Diamond Lake (31) and Newport (11).
