This notice is posted to inform all members of the public and the District that the Board of Fire Commissioners will hold a Special Meeting on:

- Special Meeting Agenda:
1. Action to surplus items and approve disposition.
2. Discussion and board direction regarding the Fire Chief’s recent
meeting with the public.
3. Discussion and possible action regarding excess grant funds and
allocation plan.
4. Discussion and possible approval to accept a donated 12′ x 60′
trailer for office use at the Quonset building in Newport, upon the City
of Newport’s approval.
