Gary as a member of the South Pend Oreille Fire and Rescue Board of Commissioners is committed to public service. He brings to this position experience as a business owner.  While serving as commissioner, he remains an active Volunteer Fire Fighter and EMT assigned to the Sacheen Lake Station. Gary currently serves on the Pend Oreille County Hazmat Team and is a member of the Pend Oreille Valley Volunteer Rescue Association.
