South Pend Oreille Fire & Rescue and Pend Oreille County Fire District No. 4 responded to a nitir vehicle accident at the Newport City Limits on Deer Valley Road. One Female patient was trapped in her vehicle. SPOFR and POFD4 extricated the woman from the vehicle and the Newport Ambulance transported the patient to Newport Community Hospital.
